Wall Plastering Robotic System
The Challenge
A client specializing in construction industry was looking to increase the efficiency and precision in their construction process. One of the identified process was plastering of walls which involve manual application, consuming a significant amount of time but also susceptible to variations in thickness and finish quality. As construction deadlines tighten and demand for quality finishes rises, the need for a more advanced solution has become evident.

Our Solution
By utilizing multi-axis robotic arm with specialized end effector tool connected to material feeder combined with different sensors, the robotic wall plastering system can apply plaster at a significant faster rate compared to traditional methods and at the same time, ensure a consistent finish is achieved on every inch of the wall. An intuitive user interface allows the operator to input parameters, monitor the plastering process, and intervene if necessary.
